A uk based club bidding for Mose Masoe would love that to be us. That would give us a real enforcer at 6'4" and nearly 20 stone. He is being released by the Roosters. 3 NRL clubs also in for him according to the article I read.
He would kill it as an impact forward in SL.
I seen that on the Leeds forum and watched some clips of him online.....a beast of a bloke that's for sure.
As much as i'd like another forward my first priority would be an outside back to add some competition first and foremost. If we play Gelling at left centre that leaves us with Thornley and Murphy to back up the rest of the lads. I don't think that's enough as after that who would we be looking at now Marsh, Russell and King have gone? I'd guess next in line is Burgess or Tierney but they're very young.

"Games as big as a grand finals define individuals and clubs. Remember we are only renting these shirts, I had my time in Pat Richards shirt. Ellery and Faz had there time in Sean's, Hampo and Radders in Sam's. You have to make a mark in these shirts that's still there the day you hand it over to someone else. So be aware for 80 minutes you are not only playing but also writing history and creating a legacy. How many people get to actually write history, not many. A big stage demands big players, be inspired. You play for Wigan, now go do it. Good luck." - Martin Offiah, 2010.
Size wise he's not the same looking at him on the internet clips i've seen. He's taller and more athletic but those few minute clips are literally all I know about him.
At 23 he's hardly the experienced head people have been saying we need for the front row. FWIW I think that'll be it now as far as recruitment goes. We'll have Mossop, Prescott, Taylor, Dudson, Flower and Lauaki fighting for 4/5 places with Crosby, Spencer and Burke used if/when necessary.
It is a young set of props but there is still plenty of experience, though we do need to get a good injury-free season out of both Prescott and Mossop. Looking at Bilkos team sheet page they only got 4 games together this season!

That pack isn't great. Very worried unless we sign another
I've seen them bomb a quarter final, bottle a semi final, finish as league leaders, but I've still, never, seen the Wire win the league Doom and gloom, doom and gloom

cant even say what a huge year this is for mossop. make or break if he wants to be classed as a very top class prop.
also concerned that luaki is our old head...the guys not shown much for me last year.
Agreed, since Maguire left some players improved e.g. Farrell, Goulding, Mickey whereas some I feel went backwards e.g. Mossop, Prescott (although injured a lot so a bit unfair) and Lima. Make or break for Mossop because Hill has already proven himself to be better at the current time so if he wants to be in the England fold alongside Graham, Burgess, Hill etc he needs to have a big year

He has just signed for Wakefield of all clubs. Why weren't we in for him? Only 27, been there and done it at Origin level and would be a great leader to our young pack. Can't see why we didn't try and get him
