If we cant afford to buy larne patrick out of his contract there aint a cat in hells chance we will be signing conrad hurrell

Where has is been said we can't afford to buy Patrick out of his deal? If it has been said I'm pretty sure it is a face saving exercise by Wigan as that move hasn't worked out so why would we retain him?

Hurrell is one I have thought about a few times as a player we should target. He isn't getting game time at centre at the Warriors and is being used more as an impact sub in the pack. The Warriors have big ambition going forward and are bringing in some high earners and Hurrell may well have to be sacrificed to accommodate them under the cap.

He's supposedly asked for a release and his agent is offering him around the NRL & SL, supposedly a huge friend with ST as well according to others on another site

Never happen as we haven't signed anyone decent from the NRL since the three Storm guys.

IF he's available then for me it's a no brainer. Either Sarge moves on or Gelling moves into the pack. Either way we are stronger as a side.

It was wane that said it in an interview after he had spoken with radlinski,you see i can only comment on what our coach says

If Hurrell becomes available he would fit the bill for our marquee signing however I can't see him leaving the NRL.

I think you may be disappointed if you don't think Sam Tomkins is our marquee signing.

He was signed before the Marquee ruling was in place.
