I was thoroughly embarrassed listening to and watching some of those people heckling Veivers. Probably the same ones who've taken to booing the team off and clapping them on again. I regret the day the Wigan crowd started booing. We went down a notch.
I remember the days when getting beaten or a poor performance was met with massive vocal support, the crowd getting behind the team more and more as the game went on rather than knocking them when they're down.
And to be honest, if I was stood in front of a few hundred fans trying to give an honest assessment of the game and some idiots were trying to shout me down, I'd probably get arsey with them too. Fine, you're upset, but acting like spoilt brats and being downright rude aint gonna get you anywhere.
agree with all of that but friday was what happens after PV has been rude towards fans in the past.
