To be honest the pie smash was funny but both great ideas. Fitzpatrick should be in the marketing job for the RFL. Just maybe don’t give him full reign or a massive budget
Sticking with comments on King. He refused to play in the reserves, forgot his passport when playing Catalans away and insisted on bringing his dog to training. Powell didn't like this attitude and he was out. If Wigan thought as much of him as suggested I am surprised they wouldn't pay all his salary when on loan, nor match his contract terms now. He's an average centre, miles behind Wardle yet he is being made out as the next Meninga.
I accept completely that our club is a basket case too.
I feel sorry for King having to return to that dysfunctional rabble of a club. However he can take comfort that he is being paid handsomely to be somewhere he really hates.
