I think most of us had heard this. Without going into the detail the offending "injury" looked minimal on Friday night, certainly less than what I'd heard on the grapevine.

Whether this will have a bearing on the outcome I'm not sure. Would be gutting to lose him, let's hope (if there is a chance) that it can be put to bed once punishments have been dished out and served.

To be fair the club was 100% correct in naming him in the 19 man squad. It dampened down the speculation straight away and let them concentrate on the Salfird game. Now we all know he's done something though the official outcome will need to come out ahead of the HKR game.
