I'd say so, yes. While having a young side is great in terms of fitness, and for long-term stability, I do feel we need an experienced controller, especially when Lockers is absent, and his input in a coaching role will be invaluable.

Edit. I have just read a bit more on the story, the Leeds board says it is only a loan swap until the end of the season.
