When Maurice sold me to Leeds something changed, it just not the same, the passion inside me just wasn’t the same as running out at Central park for my hometown club.
We need a change of culture here; we don’t want to be just happy with playing ok on Saturday at St Helens.
Ill make sure that from now on things will change, that players will be under pressure and will train a lot harder than they have before.

1486 left now.... We get below 1k on saturday night thats an excellent achievement. Eddie has been moaning about it not being a sell out, I can see there being about 300-500 tickets left at a maximum. It will look brilliant on TV. Maybe it would of sold out if the rfl handed priority tickets to wigan. I ended up getting my tickets for the east stand when the corners of the south where only on sale. Not too fussed because I like a bit of a change, just like to think that both ticket sites could have sold the same tickets but just worked as one!

Wigan should give the rest to the local amateur clubs to distribute as they see fit. After all if it wasnt for St Pats, Judes, Cuthberts, Bills etc we wouldnt have great local talent!

Anyone else sick of hearing St George complaining about the weather? Our official website has been putting videos on of interviews with Bennet, Boyd, Hornby, Gasnier etc and every single one has mentioned how cold its going to be, its not even that bad! Man up guys. Its like they are planning an excuse just incase.

Dropkick Murphy..we actually saw and heard a mass of bouncing and scarf and flag waving to Dale Cavese that drowned out anything we could muster.. It stopped us singing our own celebratory songs, it died out seconds later when we accepted we couldn't be heard over the Wigan lot
Celebrations muted from us, job done from them. Most fans who slag them off are jealous their own club's support is nowhere near that good
