I've seen people quoting Fielden's individual stats from the Leeds game - surely people aren't paying for this? Talk about dedication!!

1) Why not work out tackles/game rather than the total to remove the impact of the extra game on stats, as done in average meters made?
2) Is everyone speculating on what contract Fielden is on or does somebody actually know?

1) Fielden (29 tackles per game), Peacock (25 tackles per game), Graham (27 tackles per game), Morley (23 tackles per game), Dowes (31 tackles per game), Mason (28 tackles per game), Palae'aesina (16 tackles per game).
2) No, but we can assume he didn't come cheap given his reference to better contract / pay increase when leaving Bradford.

Did anyone notice Kyle go off after 15 minutes v Saints last Friday.

If that had been Feka there would be uproar from other supporters.

Might be worth a look aswell, because they play the same about of minutes.

Feka missed less tackles and given away less penalties.(there with Kylie playing 2 less games aswell.

There's no comparison at all, Feka outdoes him in pretty much every facet.

What surprised me most is this one.

http://www.superleague.co.uk/statistics ... eason=2008

Feka had more carries than Fielden last season, granted he played 2 extra games, but Fielden has far more of game time Feka.

I know just want the "feka doesnt play long enough doubters to see that"

and Feka , when on the pitch, consistanly has at least one drive a set. Whereas Fielden usually hides behind the PTB.

and Feka has more metres, tackle bursts, offloads and clean breaks.

I would seriously say on reflection no.

I personally think when his deal is up it is time to move on, he is never going to get better, and he has 0 confidence.

I do not think we need a player like that round the club. He is a sign of how poor we have become and the old guard.

If Noble is in charge next year i have no doubt though he will be offered a contract when in truth there are many better Props who even if he took a reduced contract would do a better job for Wigan.
