That's actually not a lot for the role he's taking on. I bet he has to take a pay cut to do the Sport England job.

aye...its only £112k a year pro rata, which for an executive position with an organisation like Sport England is pretty good value.

It will make no difference. Roger Draper was a previous head of SE and a Wiganer to boot and it had zero benefit. Draper is now in charge of the LTA.
