This is it for me. Quality is the key. A good prop can help raise the games of those around him. A real pack leader.

After the Saints game a few Wigan fans told me we've signed Ben Matulino and Elijah Taylor. at first I was unsure but the more I think of it the more it fits.

Big Ben would really add size and a go forward to our pack offering something new, and Taylor is one of the few remaining ball playing 13s, but suit how we play, Taylor might be the next best replacement for Lockers.

Adding to this, Madge over at West has put the two on a 'you can look for another club' warning as he's trying to offload players, seems to fit.

If we add these two to our 'possible' 2020 line up, it suddenly looks a lot more well-rounded.

How can Catalan afford him? I know there has been lots of stories that they underpay their French lads as they have a monopoly on them but they’ve got some big names on their books now.

Just remember 250k for example as a wage, a player may end up with a lot more in his pocket in France than it does in the UK

Apparently they currently have no marquee players which is odd? But...

Greg Bird is retiring.
Kenny Edwards is leaving.
Gigot is likely to leave.
Extra £100k in the salary cap next year.
