JB is a very good player. As said, I'm sure he won't be short of NRL suitors. The Roosters, for one, seem to be playing without a proper hooker these days, Victor Radley is more a Bateman-esque back-rower.

Little rumour of us reigniting interest in Brenko Lee at the GCT for 2020, we sniffed around after the RLWC but I believe permit/visa issues kibosh-ed it, not sure what has changed in that department but we are interested.

Another outside back? I’m not convinced that’s an area to prioritise unless Gildart moves on. He’s a decent player though and at 6’3 and 16 and half stone he’d certainly add some size.

He would now qualify for a visa given the number of games he has played in the NRL.

I think he is referring to posters on the forum writing him off because of his injury record, not the club. I think if he was genuinely available and willing to relocate to England, he would be high on the list for the club, I am guessing a move to Melbourne would suit him far better.
