all I can imagine is that Cas put something in his release clause about him not going to a SL club or Wigan with immediate effect. I'm only guessing, speculating.

That would make more sense! There must be a particular reason like that why he’s not come in early. Really can’t see it being down to cap space.

No way on god's earth would Cas help us out so to speak and to be honest who could blame them, giving a boost to a Top 5 rival would be seriously stupid.
