The problem with Bullock is that he should not be a first choice prop. This year he should of been getting up to speed not leading the pack.

I think Bullock was very good tonight but he can’t do it on his own and he should be used from the subs bench for me

Can't remember Hankinson doing anything wrong tonight.

Bullock and Smithies were good. Shorrocks had a dig from hooker.

I'm well aware of our limitations but I felt a bit for them tonight. In the main I thought we matched Warrington and we were a touch unfortunate with a couple of their tries.

Current thoughts - Mago out or get running up them plantations, get fit or get rid.
Maybe a back up halfback, someone with a bit of experience on a short term deal.
Big tall strong running second rower, like a McMeekin or Sironen type back rower.

Our pack is clueless. Our props are ex wingers and ex centres who don’t know how to do a dummy run, it’s too easy to read and even then they don’t run hard enough or offload.

I thought Wigan, with all their problems, absentees, and obvious problems, once again gave 100% with all the young kids playing, they were magnificent in defeat.

I wish our shower had an ounce of this resolve you displayed today at Anfield.

Effort fine for sure but we’re just not good enough. We don’t make enough ground through the middle and without at least 2 or 3 new props we’re stuck.

Thought your effort was good, as you had the better of the arm wrestle in the first half. We generally brought the ball away from our own 10m, whereas you were starting at 30m out. The two tries in the space of a few minutes turned the game. Your lack of a scrum half and hooker cost you, as your yardage was as good as Warringtons.

We are playing by the numbers. If the ball comes back unexpectedly nobody attempts to make a run or give an option and no one is looking to cut back to take a pass. Nice to see ISA take a pass and hit a gap for the first time this season rather than running into bigger opponents. We just do not look like making a break. Not much between the two teams except a player or two with a bit of class. BTW is Escare injured or has he eaten Lams dog. Otherwise I cannot understand why he is being ignored.

Lam doesn't rate him and his of field antics confirms his view.
Escare is a waste of salary cap.

Think everyone has made their minds up Hankinson, getting slatted when he had a pretty good game on the wing. Smithies on the other hand is someone to build the team round?? Yeah he looks a good prospect but steady on, it’s one extreme to another.

I actually think we did okay yesterday and could have won the game, Wire were pretty poor and probably there for the taking but we couldn’t execute. Can’t fault the effort and defence (apart from the Austin try).
