I’m sure Lam said he was 3 weeks off last week, so hopefully back against Hull KR or Leeds at the latest.

I’ve always felt he’s hugely underrated, especially in this side who’s props don’t do the job they’re meant to do. His ability to make ground is massive for us and he’s been a huge loss.

Now we don’t have Bateman or Tomkins and Lockers isn’t the force he was, I don’t think we feel anyone’s absence more tbh.

Agreed, never understood how he didn't get more of a look in at international level to be honest

Coaches have looked at his size I think and thought he wasn’t up to it but they’ve used him wrong IMO. He was being given 20 minute spells the last time he was selected in the four nations of 2016 but he’s an 80 minute man. His strength is that he’ll still be going at full throttle in the 80th minute just as he was in the first, whilst those around him are blowing.

Before he got injured this season he was playing the best he’s played for a few years IMO

Agreed, could be very useful going forward with the interchange reduction. Having an 80 min Farrell might allow us to spell our hooker, or Lockers if he continues
