Bevan becomes a non-quota player next season which means he costs less on the salary cap and opens a spot for another NRL signing.
i think that will depend upon who else is here and who the marquee players are
and, are the rules not
1. home club trained i.e. Faz
2. federation trained i.e. Thompson
3. non-federation trainined i.e. Field or French
Surely, he cant become federation trained or home club trained and thus costs the same on the cap
he may come off the overseas quota, and we can sign another overseas player, but i dont think it will impact on the cap
