Have to beat the West Indies to get through now surely?

Beat West Indies - through. Even if not, we can limp through if the Dutch beat Bangladesh, but qualifying for the quarters is no reason for celebration as the whole tournament is designed to ensure the top 8 sides go through.

If Pakistan had Englands results in this world cup everybody would be asking questions :D we're not good enough to win this so maybe it would be better to get knocked out now and give the players a rest after the long winter they've had.

And so you aim towards the sky,
And you'll rise high today,
Fly away, Far away,
Far from pain....

 .....I'm loving the over reaction though....According to Bob Willis, our World Cup displays will take a massive shine off our Ashes' triumph....

Call me old fashioned, but I'll take a couple of soon-to-be-forgotten defeats in a World Cup in exchange for humiliating the Aussies in their own backyard.

You are kidding of course?

Do you really think the Ashes are more important than being World champions?

I think the importance of proving Darwins theory should always be at the forefront of any right minded individual.

So you were being serious?

Thats a real worry.

Test Cricket is barely a sport...yet you think that winning a 'test' series is more important than the national side becoming world champions?

Absolbloodylutely!! Proper students of the game will take test match victories, especially Ashes test matches, and especially in Australia over all other forms of the game. The shorter versions where created as an after thought to provoke interest from those that do not understand the original format

What's more - Bob Willis = prophet of doom = *anker

India giving The Saffers a Batting Masterclass on what looks like a fantastic wicket.

What was that?....

Worst batting display I have ever seen, they should have got 400 easily and, instead, didn't even make 300 .....They are very close to a 1 man team and as I have said before, they will NOT win this competition, even if the South Africans fail to win this match.
