What a race at Sedgefield.

Riskier was leading, unseated his rider, then left 2/5 hot favourite Lightening Rod to take over. Riderless Riskier falls at the next, and lands right in front of Lightening Rod, bringing him down.

Catch Bob won, jumping right throughout. Lightening Rod had been jumping well and was cruising along - very unlucky, if I had backed him, I'd be gutted.

3rd in the Will Hill last season after winning some easy Novice races, poor first time out but its last run wasn't as bad as it looks coming 4th as it was badly hampered when starting to get into the mix of the race and is 5lbs lower for that run and 3lbs better off from the Will Hill run.



1.50 Premio Loco 9/1 E/W

Better then ever last season, coming 3rd behind Canford Cliffs and Rip Van Winkle also gave masses of weight to the fav Red Jazz when beating it.

2.25 Master Of Hounds 12/1 E/W

3rd in the Racing Post Trophy was its best run, but the way its been backed and with Murtagh picking it over others from Ballydoyle last season it must be the best of the bunch at home, should have a good shout if improving as a 3yo.

3.45 Debussy 22/1 E/W

Finally showed some of its 3yo (beating Midday) form last season beating Gio Ponti who goes for the World Cup tonight, then came 3rd behind Twice Over that level of form again would be enough to win this at a huge price.

Dont know much about it except an earlier post on here I put that I had spoken to an ex jockey who I used to know who now works for the yard. They are confident of a good run and expect it to run into a place at least. Well tipped up on the Morning Line too.

Wolf Moon 4:20 Bangor @ 8/1
Ran ok at Cheltenham in a hot handicap chase at Cheltenham were they went really fast early on and het got took off his feet and involved in a lot of scrummaging back at the field. Thrown back into a hurdle race he is fine and ready to run and again they expect an each way run from him. A bit of money for him too this morning.

Couple in the World Cup tonight.

Buena Vista 10/1 E/W

Gets mares weight against the others in this along with having some great form, close 2nd when last at Meydan, then ran the Arc 2nd placed horse Nakayama Festa to under a length and was very unlucky to lose the Japan Cup after winning it with alot to spare.

Monterosso to place 10/1

Looked a class act when beating Arctic Cosmos at Ascot was then sent off fav for the Irish Derby coming 4th 3 lengths behind Cape Blanco, its form tailed off altogether after that race, now with Al Zarooni who said it would come on alot for its first run at Meydan earlier this month but it ended up winning the Group 2 race very well.
