USA unlucky not to be beating Algeria 1-0 at half time.

Watching all this in a Hotel in Germany. Not being able to understand the commentators and pundits actually improves the viewing experience.

Have a business BBQ tonight with the Ghana-Germany game shown live. If we go out this afternoon that's going to be a barrel of laughs.

Upson looks like he is running through treacle he's that slow.

Johnson looks badly off the pace, again.

No wonder Rooney's looking frustrated again, he plays up front at Man Utd receiving decent passes, not long balls punted from the centre half.

England played pretty well, even though Slovenia started off the better side. Johnson and Barry really owe the ref a big thank you for not booking either of them. I can understand Slovenia being pi55ed off over their booking when Johnson got off.

Job done in the first half. Need to do the same in the second half as well.

Upson is slower than Carragher, which takes some doing!

Johnson should have been booked in the first half. He shouldn't have been booked for that.
