Reeling from a bad beat in a cash game.

$0.25/0.50 blinds. I had Qh8h in the big blind and two others called (one in early position and one on the button).

I checked and the flop brought Qs Ks 4s

I put out a little bet of $0.50 to test the water and the guy in early called and the button folded.

The turn brought Qd. I bet $1.50 and again got a call.

River brought 8s. I bet $5.00 and he pushed all in ($23).

Of course I fully expected the nuts flush and hastily called only for him to turn over pocket kings.

Ive had a hard night of it tonight. played 5 tourneys, exited 2 of them to 2 outers and 2 to 3 outers. Walked away before i decimated my bankroll, just not my night.

Beat when I had a full house when there was only 2 combinations of hole cards that would have beat me.

I know it's technically not a bad beat because he was in front all the way but it was still pretty unlucky.

Hi update in the poker games just recieved a email and lewis from william hills is looking into monday night games for us.
Also he said there is a promo on where he can send me the link too £100 free bet, which we can use via a banner/link for our forum.

as i have stated on this thread the game will be confirmed first i am still sorting a private account up etc with a will hill rep, once i have confirmation on the date and time i will post a msg on here with details of the password you will need to enter for the tournement.
