The fact that Terry got banned, nearly cost them the semi and nearly cost them the final by being banned, should really have told John to not lap up the celebrations as much as others. But, as expected, everything's about him, just like he had to take the penalty in Moscow, he had to get kitted up and lift the cup when so many people deserved it more. Look at Barca last year when they let Abidal lift it, somebody that deserved it that pulled through illness, not cowards like Terry who knee oppo players in the back then try and claim innocence.

Apart from being pi55ed that Liverpool are struggling to compete in it, why the disenchantment?

Of course you don't.









On one hand, Terry was exceptionally stupid for doing what he did. He very nearly cost us the game, and it's a miracle it didn't.



But on the other hand, pretty much in the entire history of the goal line assistant refs they have never seen a ****ing thing, even when it's right before there eyes. They never do a thing apart from standing there, but they managed to pick up on that. Something that no one else in the stadium saw, no one in the commentary team.



But that doesn't negate what Terry did. It was stupid and he shouldn't have done it.



I know that if a player like Kalou or Bosingwa had done it then many CFC fans would have wanted them hanged for it, but I'm not one who really goes into slagging my own players off. The only player I'm not keen on is Malouda, who has done next to nothing for way too long.



But in terms of what players have given for CFC, John Terry is up there at the top for giving the most. So yes, he does get extra consideration because of what he's given







His punishment is to miss the final (and the next two matches). That is a massive punishment and I'm sure Terry will feel that for the rest of his life. I know that all the John Terry haters will rub it in that CFC did it without him.



But I would want pretty much everyone at CFC to be absolutely delighted that Chelsea won the Champions League. I'd want the ununsed subs to still be glad we won, I'd want the players who didn't even make the squad to be delighted that we won. Even the kit men and physios should feel it. But to want everyone to be delighted, but then sideline JT and keep him from the celebrations would be hypocritical. And I think the hypocrisy should be left at Anfield and the Emirates, where it is home.



JT is the club captain. He has led the club brilliantly and performed brilliantly for years. I believe he loves CFC and was delighted that we won. So I thought it was only right that he went up with Lampard and lifted the trophy.

Frankly I just can't get excited at nor particularly emotionally involved in watching 22 arrogant, self-obsessed, out of touch, mercenary multi-millionaire lowlifes running around, that's all. Can't believe QPR have offered Dyer a new 1 yr deal.

How this guy has managed to make a football career I'll never know!

west ham paid him 83k a week for four years, as well as a 425k per-season image rights deal and a 100k p-s 'loyalty' fee.

on top of the 6m they paid to buy him, his signing fee, agents fees, and all the time and money he cost them to treat his constant injuries, he must've absolutely bled them.



in those four years, he made 34 appearances for the club (don't think he actually completed 90 minutes) and didnt score a single goal in any competition. the mind boggles to think how much he must've cost them per appearance considering all the possible payments made my west ham and what they got in return.



cant blame him for laughing to the bank though, stupid decision from the west ham money men not to have clauses put into his contract, or certain payments to be triggered after he played a certain amount of games/minutes.





so, why qpr have offered this contract to him is beyond me. 33 years old, probably still on a decent wedge, and he's a midfielder who's legs went years ago.
