And also whos Kadar? :?

I don't see the big deal about Turner, he's extremely average. I lost count of the amount of times last season where he ended up on his booty in the process of the opposition scoring. If he hadn't scored a few goals, there wouldn't have been anywhere near as much talk about him. Whilst Taylor isn't anywhere near the finished article himself, I'd still take him over Turner.

Kadar is a very highly-rated youngster who nearly made his debut in the first team last season before suffering a broken leg. Will almost certainly play a big part in our defence this season.

Some young numpty who couldn't even break into Newcastle defence, then broke his leg. He is so good he will be lighting up the championship next season.

But of course, Newcastle are still bigger and better than half of the premier league clubs.

According to the HDM Beye is using us to try and get clubs like Villa and Everton interested and seems like he isnt interested in coming here.

If the stories of him being after a last big payday are true they might as well stay away. Trying to play clubs off to engineer a big money move suggests he has the wrong attitude to me, and perhaps puts him in with those Newcastle signings indicative of why they are in their current plight. Money grabbers who don't give a damn.

Of all the players to choose in our squad to say that about, you chose Beye. Dear me.

Turner had a much better season than that, and if you're honest you'll know so or you simply don't know what you're talking about. Yes, plenty got carried away with just how good, but he did have an excellent first season in the top flight. Much better than any 'defender' I saw in a Newcastle shirt.

Wayne Brown played a big part in City's in their promotion season. Doesn't make him any good.

Careful what you say, Ash will be foaming at the mouth if you dare to critizise the likes of Colloccini  Taylor  Beye  and Bassong, the last of which is half decent. Still Kadar and Nile will come good for em, in League one

I personally don't rate Turner that highly, although many of on here will see him more than me. There are about 10 or more english centre backs better than him in the premier league.

He wasn't being compared to Turner. By the way, our defence wasn't the problem last season, it was the midfield.

How did I know you'd be next to reply? Entirely predictable.
