Yes, sometimes the banter gets a little juvenile, but for the most part people have some interesting points to make....Just accept you won't always agree with them...

I remember making a point about Mr Benitez a couple of years back to Mr Wire_85. I provided a shedload of stats but the debate still raged for 2 or 3 pages.

Your best off posting then leaving him and the guy who was called '74 to helpful themselves to a standstill. Worth reading what Robbie posts though. Speaks a lot of sense that one.

Well done to Liverpool today. Don't think they played particularly well but you can only beat whats put in front of you. United gifting 2 goals (I've heard the first was a gift as well but have yet to see it) makes the job a lot easier. Really thought United were going to comeback until VDS had his mare.

Not sure that standing around to apologise for a terrible tackle makes Carragher a gentleman. Surely a gentleman wouldn't go flying in that high studs up? A gentleman would surely admit responsibility after the challenge and not make the claim that he didn't touch the player either? If he didn't touch Nani then he must have some sort of Jedi mind power to cut the gash in his leg.

Fair enough mate. The way I saw it was that Smalling was dispossessed from Skrtel, who then found Suarez, whom from sheer brilliance and technique turned one defender then took the ball past two, who poked it past VDS. It was going in anyway but Kuyt made sure.

I've heard what Suarez did was pretty good. But I have no idea what happened and my sisters bloke is a massive Man Utd fan so I'm expecting his opinion to be more than a little biased

He beat 3 players then somehow managed to get it round VDS only for Kuyt to nick it on the line

I must say I actually laughed at Hoddle's quip today, after Kuyt sent one miles over the bar, about him having no chance because it was more than 5 yards from goal!!!....Kuyt was the classic goal hanger today - Rushy would have been proud!!

Cheap shots at Kenny? Because questioning whether he was up to the job is a cheap shot? The guy hadn't managed for years and the last time he left the job due to pressure. The pressure has never been higher for managers than it is now so I think that's a legitimate angle surely?

I'll hold my hands up. He's doing better than I thought he would do but your still hardly setting the world alight. I still do wonder if he is a good long term option for you given the concerns I previously listed.

FWIW I'm not convinced Utd will win the title. They certainly aren't a champion team but there doesn't seem to be much in the way of opposition. I'm tempted to whack a couple of quid on Chelsea to win it. If they win their games in hand the gap is only 6 points and I think theres a few more slips left for Utd.
