What has happened to Wayne Rooney? Totally anonymous today. I think we need to start Hernandez the next few games and give Rooney a rest. The midfield is too slow and without Anderson lacks energy. I don't know who we go for to correct it bus something needs to be done.

But I thought the results earlier in the season were the fault of Hodgson? He's one man?

I have my opinion and have offered reasoning. You seem to just plain ignore this because it doesn't agree with your opinions. If you can't accept criticism of your team you should really just stick to Liverpool boards.

Am I the only one who thought that the first goal was part great footwork but mostly absolutely Sunday league standard defending? Yes, Suarez nutmeg on Rafael was quality but the tackle "attempts" by Carrick & Wes were poop to say the least. I'm not entirely sure that VDS couldn't have done better to stop the toepoke either.

Oh & for RR to say Carragher's tackle was mistimed is farcical! Carragher is a dirty little c*** who knew exactly what he was doing. That tackle was intended to take Nani out of the game & he got exactly what he played for.

Having said all that Liverpool were by far the better team today and fully deserved the win.
