Halfway down this article, it seems Ferguson now won't be talking to Sky either. Just ITV and ESPN to go for the full house for football's very own Hosni Mubarak*. * - Egyptian dictator who introduced laws criminalising the insulting of himself. Three-year jail sentences for offenders. So, in that spirit, a poem in the ruba'i style: Hosni Mubarak./ A sense of humour you lack./ Your financial mismanagement means/ your economy's not in the black.

Wenger said something similar last week after Sky kept showing the Gallas challenge. It's what Sky do and have every right to do.

One day at the Chelsea training ground, an hour before training is due to finish, Carlo Ancelotti says to the lads:

“Right, I’m going to have to leave an hour early. Just carry on training and I’ll see you tomorrow.”

So, obedient as they are, they carry on and leave at the normal time.

The next day, Ancelotti does it again!

“Yeah, sorry again lads, but I’m going to have to leave an hour early. A spot of private business to attend to.”

As soon as he leaves, John Terry looks over at Lampard and Ashley Cole and says:

“Forget this, if he’s going, then I am too.”

He takes off.

The next day, the same thing happens.

“Sorry lads, going to have to leave early again.”

Again, Terry says:

“Come on lads, lets all go home, he’ll not know.”

So they all go home.

When Ashley Cole gets back to his house, he spots the gaffer’s car on the drive. So he quietly opens the door, creeps upstairs and peeps through the bedroom door, only to be shocked by the sight of Ancelotti making passionate love to his beautiful wife.

Rather stunned, Ashley leaves the house and goes for a long thoughtful walk. When he returns home, the car has gone.

The following day at training, as is now usual, Ancelotti says:

“Gotta go again lads, sorry. Some private stuff to attend to.”

Once again, Terry instructs everyone to call it a day.

Which doesn’t go down too well with Ashley.

“Forget that! I almost got caught yesterday!”
