This is the first time since Superbowl XVIII that the starting opposing quarterbacks have both won Superbowls before. That was my first full live Superbowl and I haven't missed one since.

I've watched everyone since Miami/Washington in the early 80's.

Last year was probably the best game I've seen but I love that 49ers victory. Joe Montana's final drive has to rank as the best drive in Superbowl history for me. As a Bears fan 85' was a good one.Watching the Packers get beat by Elway and the Broncos when the Packers were big favourites always ranks high on my list.More recently the last quarter of Carolina/Patriots was also good.

As for the Superbowl. I haven't seen enough to really comment with authority on either team but I know enough about the sport to know that winning the big game usually requires a great defence. I'm struggling to think of the last Superbowl in which the team that won didn't have a very good defense.
