In Mount Druitt Local Court, Magistrate Glenn Bartley said there were too many inconsistencies in the two stories which created considerable doubt.

He also said the lack of any medical evidence to prove the assault had occurred contributed to his final decision.

Or of course there's always the possibility he didn't do it
