It could be worse you could have drafted Michael Crabtree he maybe holding out for the whole season with the 49ers and get re-drafted next year Although I know it wont happen, wouldnt it be funny if it did and they drafted him again next year lower down the board and payed him even less

If he's stalling on a contract for this year I wonder what would happen for next year ? His agent must think he's worth more than he is for a rookie.

It's his adviser(cousin) that has come out with this, his agent has refuted the claims though.
