well we sneaked it last year & im expecting a close one this year too.I reckon either 1-1 or a narrow 2-1 win for Carlisle.

It should be close, the lads are majorly up for it because they know wins will buy Abbot the job and they want him to have it. That being said, our away form was terrible at the start of last year under McDonald it may well be the same this year.

Crewe Alexandra have today agreed the transfer of David Vaughan to Spanish side Real Sociedad subject to a medical and International Clearance.

Tomorrow is the long awaited tribunal for Billy Jones, who joined Preston North End in the summer, to determine the transfer fee.

Crewe lost at home to Orient by 2 goals to nil.

TBH Orient weren't anything special but you can guess from the result how bad Crewe were.

Carlisle are maintaining their good start. New boys Garner and Graham seem to be good players, and with an enthusiastic new manager they can hopefully make it to the Championship next season.

We aren't going bad. By all accounts we were excellent on Saturday. Garner is as enthusistic as can be but he is still very green, once he matures Carlisle can sell him for a tidy profit. Graham on the other hand, is lazy, he will score us goals but his all round effort can be poor at times.

The unsung hero for me so far has been Marc Bridge Wilkinson, he has been superb I can't believe Bradford fans were chuffed to see him go

Tomorrow night's game is interesting with Coventry going well aswell.
