Has just broken the world record over 200m.

Fantastic achievement but I just cant believe that this guy can be running this fast unaided.

With whats recently happened to his fellow countrymen in the athletics world I smell a rat, just like i did when our Linford went from being complete dog turd to world champ, olympic champ and world record holder for no apparant reason.

Athletics is as dodgy as cycling if you ask me.

He wasn't complete dog turd, he won Olympic silver in Seoul. He was a good sprinter but he wasn't up to the standard of Ben Johnson and Carl Lewis. Then Johnson got banned, Lewis retired, and Christie was the best in the field. He never held the world record though.

If Roger Federer and Rafa Nadal retired tomorrow, Andy Murray would probably win a few Grand Slams and go to world number 1, thats just what happened to Christie.

People only remember the winners. It`s only been half hour and can`t remember 2nd and 3rd. In 10 years people will say "Yeah, that great final in 09. Warrington wasn`t it? Recall their fans being awesome. Don`t know who they were playing though"
