I think it'll take more than a ring for some. A lot was made about LeBron having to sign with another superstar (or two if you rate Bosh) to try and win, many seemed to think he should have carried on trying to do it on his own. So I think many will continue to be dismissive towards him until he wins one without Wade, although I personally think LeBron is far superior to Wade.

think its really hars on Lebron. Hes 1 of the best but he was carryin a poor team. Anybody who has aspirations will never turn down a chance too play on a better team with another superstar. Hes not a selfish player but in a ood way hes no longer so heavely relied on. The number he is puttin together this year are amazin. I do think Miami will win this year they will beat the Thunder in the finals. I just hope he gets the credit for bein the superstar he is then

You can just counter that argument with Kobe though, he's always had a superstar alongside him.

The argument with Kove was whether he could win one without Shaq which he did. Gasol isn't a top draw superstar IMO. Kobe had a very good supporting cast as did Jordan etc. The reason LBJ get's the grief is how he did it.

Gasols a darn sight better than anything LBJ had in Cleveland though.

agreed. How he even got them too the playoffs ill never know. He gave the cavs chance too improve but they wouldnt. You can only stay somewhere so lon i dont blame LBJ for leavin too better himself one bit. He will have the last laugh when he wins that ring with the heat

Jamison was way past his best when he came, he's not a patch on anything Kobe's had either.

Mo was the best sidekick, but he went missing whenever it came to playoffs as well.


On another note, I am getting spanked in fantasy this week. Looking through the other matchups I'd be winning most, if not all, with 6 or 7, i'm losing 7-1 though!

Jamison ws putting up very good numbers. Averaging 20 + 8 that season. Still done well since then. All-star as well.I don't buy the "LBJ" had no help. They traded for Ben Wallace, who was on the decline then. Still had Biz "Z", Delonte West gave them good play as well. Tried to give him help in the middle. LBJ took the easy way.
