Think Dwights making a mistake sticking in Orlando, they are just stuck with so many bad contracts that (barring a miracle) they aren't going to be able to challenge Bulls/Heat/OKC for the championship. He should have gone to the Nets knowing Deron was going to join him and go big.
Great trade at the end there for the Clippers, Nick Young is a pretty decent player and goes into a gaping hole in the side, and they give up practically nothing.
Denver get rid of what was already looking a bit like a dud contract in Nene (if you consider Faried looking good), although they did get brain dead McGee.

I said the other day, the Clippers are a shooting guard away from competing. Whether Young is that guard, we'll soon see, but he'll be an improvement on Foye/Williams, his size alone will help.
Nene is a decent player but I don't think he was what Denver needed, Faried looks OK and McGree has loads of potential, much like Jordan at the Clippers, he has great athletic tools, but the brain isn't quite there yet. Not sure about Nene to Washington, will wait to see him in action before judging.
Can't believe Portland has got rid of McMillan, I've always had a soft sport for Portland, I've been gutted about their luck over the years (Oden would probably be the best big man in the league right now if he stayed fit, Roy was easily the second best shooting guard in the West), but McMillan has always kept them up there.
Stayed up to watch the Clippers play Indiana last night. For me, they won't get through the first round of the playoffs, they're just too reliant upon Chris Paul to make plays for the team. If they had Billups, they'd be going against the Thunder for the Western conference, but he's injured and it's all too 'random' when they play. If Paul isn't forcing the issue on offense, too many players stand around, they don't pass it consistently enough and they don't get out and run the floor enough. Young looks a decent acquisition, but again, he's more of a relentless gunner like Foye and Williams, he doesn't seem to make plays for others.
When I watched them last night, Indiana's back court just had so much more versatility, everyone on the floor was scoring and hustling for rebounds, the Clippers just seemed to be taking pull up jump shots or hoping Griffin would gain something in the post. I'm still mixed on Vinny Del Negro, they're clearly better than last season but until they buy into defence completely, they will get blown out in the playoffs. For me, the Clippers' lack of consistency, lack of shutdown defenders and their over-reliance on Chris Paul to create plays, for me, is a recipe for disaster for the playoffs.

The clippers need a collective slap around the head. Im very unsure on Del Negro, I personally feel they need to get a new coach in the off-season and let them have a full training camp to work on things, though the reality is Del Negro will get that.

5-0 under Woodson. We look like the 93 Knicks right now. Great defensive show in Philly last night.
Top performance. Still think Melo will get traded somewhere in the summer though.
