He is. But a lot of sides have those sort of players already there.
United - Rooney
Arsenal - Fabregas/Nasri (if they keep them) (probably won't pay believed fee)
City - Tevez, Silva
Spurs - Modric, VdV
He's a top player, but he doesn't have the experience to justify the price tag, hence the reason I think a side from Serie A would go for him, where they can offer all kinds of co-ownerships and players in return.
