I'm Man city. completed 2 seasons, but done it quite quickly. Instead of playing game on only commentry, I just go on holiday, but I do make my assistant play with my chosen selection and tactics.

It's not as easy as I thought it would have been with City due to them not been able to attract the top staff, nevermind top players.

1st year - 4th in premierleague, had luck with the draw in the league cup and FA cup and won them both. Also had great luck in the UEfa cup and then sneaked past Milan on penalties in the final.

2nd year - Semi final of Champions league, lost to Arsenal both legs, and finished 3rd and won the FA cup final against Villa.

Had some good and bad signings.
Mathew Darlington (16 year old promising defender from Villa) was bought from 7 million. Dos Santos for 14 million. Aravshin bought for 14 and sold for 6 after 1 and half year. Got some wonderkids in though, a spanish keeper been one. But also signed a forsest keeper whose 16 for 4 million o could be spoilt for choice in the goal keeping department for many years to come.

Put alot in youth tbh, and hope it does finally pay off. Bought Dos Santos, and going to try and lure Bojan to Eastlands as hes got a a relsease clause of 72million pound. May try buy Augero for just less than 40. Going to sell a few players first. Got a good blend of youth and experience along with english and foreigners at moment. Sold Richard Dunne for 20 million, so that gave me abit of cash to spend for a left winger wonderkid from Fiorintina for 32million

Most of my staff now have world class reptuation and I am in the process of building a world class empire with Man City.

Will post the actual squad after I've completed 2 more seasons. It will probably be completely transformed to the squad that they have got in "real life", Apart from Robinho and Richards

Downloaded demo for FM09 last night, been playing it last night and a bit tonight. Does the actual game (with cd) actually run as slow as demo, as even after years into the game and massive squads the game was never this slow. Got no chance watching the 3d match as it running 10 frames a minute if i'll be lucky.

Seems OK but totally hit and miss with games. Winning community shield and super cup with Manchester United then getting hammered by the likes of Everton and Hull (Beaten at home 4-1!!! ).

Plus i'm picking up lots of long term injuries.

Thinking about it. Please someone fix my FM07.

I think it depends on the performance of your comp.

I've just got a new laptop so FM runs with no problems.

I'm on the newer patch so there aren't as many bugs.

I've started like a house on fire with Valencia.

Beat Madrid in the Super cup thing, then beat them in the league with David Silva scooping MOTM, after that he gets a hat trick away at Sevilla, then Toulalan bags a brace against Villarreal.

Currently sat on the top of the league, but my squad's wafer thin, so I've recruited young for January, and also brought in Rafael Sobis as a back-up striker.

Well its a macbook pro so would hope it would be fine
Seems most of issues i picked up are because its the demo and so, not patched. Prob will get it for christmas so will be able to sit down and properly look at. Will post my team off 07 sometime. Likewise if anyone wants a screenshot of years into the future on that game let me know.

One thing i will say is... I always had Akinfeev in my games going back years. Very expensive now

Right Ive finished my 3rd season.

Started at Liverpool signed Roque Santa Crus and Tobias Hysen - 3rd in the prem beat Chelsea in CS and topped my champ league group. Even having done all that I was sacked in December

Man City gave me the job though during January and they were bottom. I took Man City to 8th in the prem and qualified for Europe!

In my second year I had signed Edmilson & Forsell. Got to the quarters/semis in Europe got beat by Atletico, beat them at Eastlands smashed in Spain! FA and League cup were both dissapointing! Finished 12th in the Prem so didnt qualify for Europe.

Due to not finishing in a European space I made it my priority. Even with the fans on my back all season the board kept backing me. Finished 8th just 7 points behind 5th! The cups are'nt worth mentioning

My usual side:

Andreas Issakson

Billy Jones
Richard Dunne
Sylvian Distin
Micah Richards

Kris Commons
Paul Scholes
Guti (retired now need a replacement)
Stephen Ireland

Darius Vassell
Ishmael Miller

There's two ways of installing it, I'd have thought the other way would be without the internet, but I ain't too sure.

This just proves that idiots shouldn't be allowed in charge of a PC.

It's not difficult to install FFS.

Few people ive spoke to said it takes ages to install then always stutters whilst playing a game.

Talk to someone whose PC meets the required spec. Theirs evidently does not.
