Depends, Heskey is utterly useless as anything else other than a battering ram. He can win aerial balls and chest balls down, anything else and he is embarrassing to watch. Crouch actually has ability, can finish and, for me, against smaller teams, Crouch is much more effective than Heskey. Heskey can bully defenders on his day but he's generally a softy who plays like he's playing on ice.

Having seen both at Liverpool, I'd rather Crouch. I'd rather Cole over both, though.

I agree i'd take Crouch over Heskey everytime. Heskey hold the ball up well enough but offers no goal threat whatsoever. Crouch is pretty useful in the air and on the floor and holds the ball up aswell as grabbing a decent number of goals. Not sure about Carlton Cole, had a nice little run at WH but he still has it all to prove for me.

Great win for Liverpool last night. I still firmly believe that they will finish 4th, the others wont have the experience to get through a battle whereas Liverpool will.
