Game over.

Ref didn't give them anything in first half.

One of those with another 5 mins the Lions would have won.

Agreed. He's shocking. O'Gara is a class act though, yet hes sat on the bench.

Monye bombed 2 trys that any decent winger should be scoring, he looked out of his depth. Also, looked much better when that scruffy Welsh prop came on, as Vickery was useless in the scrums. There quite a few decisions that could have gone Lions way and it would have meant them winning i think. When Phillips reached out, the ball was knocked out and then grounded by a Lions player, should have been a try for me.

For me, we didn't seem to any passion or look as if we wanted the game in the first half, second half we started to get some fire in the bellys and looked much more aggressive and a better side because of it. Was nice to see Phillips giving the South Africans some stick and abuse at times too.

Thats Roberts in the centres looked a class act, Lions best player by far IMO. Was the only one that looked like he could break the line or beat a man every time he got the ball.

Strange decision why he was chosen over Ronan O'Gara who is more creative and more importantly also has a far better Kicking game IMO...

O'driscoll is still top quality. Bowe has been class and looked capable of causing damage.

Have to admit, i thought the phillips no try was correct decision, however i think monye's first effort should have been given. No genuine proof is was held up or down.

I think they was passion in first half but ref give us nothing!

On form it was the right selection but Shane Williams could have linked up better with Jamie Roberts & Brian O'Driscoll In Hindsight...
It shouldn't have been a TRY and was the right decision it was a risk by Phillips well worth the gamble but he just couldn't keep control of the ball and by the looks of it Botha only hit the arm not the ball from the impression i had...

Isn't Williams injured? If he's not injured and he's supposed to be one of (if not) the best in the world then surely he has to play? Monye has looked OK in the warm up games, i'm not saying he should have been selected, but after that he shouldn't play next week. Looked out of his depth and bombed to chances.

I disagree on the try, i thought he hit the ball, and if he hadn't, then i'm pretty confident that Phillips would have got the ball down on the line.

TBF, O'Driscoll did looked dangerous with the ball but Roberts looked dangerous pretty much every single time he had the ball. A few times Bowe was backing up and if they could just have slipped the ball, he would have been away but it wasn't to be.

The ref was pretty shocking and hammered us, but i just felt that we didn't seem up for it as much as we should have been and weren't helping ourselves.
