Maybe, but our best defender is injured for a looooong while. And we can't rely on Yobo to be the key defender. Moyes needs to make it perfectly clear that Lescott is crucial to his plans and he should stay.

The guy ain't thick, hence why we finished 5th last year with a miniscule budget and injuries to key players

Don't believe it for a second myself. It's been publicised by Talk5hite, so obviously a top source. Only a couple of hours until Liverpool are playing so the rumours will soon be proved or not.
