They've had the better of us these last 2 games and looked impressive after the loss of Thome.

Nice to be back home just in time to see the Jays pull off a cracking victory at new Yankee Stadium (been to Spain to see the family). Was a firey affair after Posada got his knickers in a knott over a pitch from Jesse Carlson that didn't even hit him. This after our players never batted an eyelid both times we got beaned. Not sure what his problem was really but he certainly went OTT by throwing an elbow at Carlson as he came in to score, resulting in a bench and bullpen clearing pile in.

Really daft move by Posada who will most likely face a ban for his actions.

Tonight should be a real belter after that! Can't wait

It's about a month since the White Sox gave up on the season so i've not had anything to shout about on here.The Sox have been awful ever since Buerle's perfect game

We've been awful since mid-May.


Still can't believe you signed Rios. Love this quote from Ozzie:

Had the pleasure of watching us sweep the even worse Orioles last night. The place was empty. Hoping to persuade the other half to go to one more game before the season is over. It'll no doubt be my last chance to see Johnny Mac in a Jays uniform.

12th consecutive quality start for Arroyo today. He's gone at least seven innings in every single one. I'm quietly optimistic about the Reds chances next year if we can keep hold of Gomes.

Aswell as the Rios quote Ozzie has said quite a few things in the last couple of months and usually it gives the team a kick up the backside and they start playing better but not this season.I think if they start next season the same way as they have finished this season Ozzie will be on his way out.
