Since I said Chorley had been playing better I think they've lost every match, they looked like they could challenge for the playoffs but relegation is now looking more likely.

Average age of our starting eleven was 18.5 at Whitby today, but we still managed to equalise twice to get a 2-2 draw that might have even been 3 points if luck had been on our side, absolutely fantastic day out!

Took a trip to Atherton yesterday to see the Collieries take on Congleton Town. It was a strange game, 4 penalties were awarded. Colls defied the odds by winning 2-1, before 47 people. http://myfootballadventure.blogspot.com/2008/11/atherton-collieries-v-congleton-town.html

Hoping that there will be a few people at the Colls game tomorrow night :)

Great week for Salford.

We beat Curzon Ashton 3-2 at their place in the UniBond League Presidents Cup on Monday and then beat Mossley 3-2 again away yesteday. On the downside Harrogate Railway Athletic won again stying 6 points ahaed but we'ev got 3 in hand. Radcliffe have now taken the scond bottom slot 5 points above us. We've got a tough game against Clitheroe at home next Saturday.

Crowborough Athletic 0 Dulwich Hamlet 7.

We just about held onto third place on goal difference with Cray Wanderers winning 8-1 at Corinthian-Casuals. We're two points closer to leaders Kingstonian and still have to play them twice.

I wish everyone would read bramleyrhino's post two or three times just to get it through some thick skulls

Mr bramleyrhino speaks a lot of sense.

How was FCUM's visit to Guiseley anyone? Didn't kick off did it? (I mean the crowd kicking off!)

My mate went and said there were a few minor scuffles outside a pub, but generally the Police had it under control. He and the other FCUM fans who gathered in The Station pub were given an escort to the ground by the Police and their barking mad dogs.

Guiseley's last minute equaliser was a cracker by all accounts.
