The programme for the above game played at Fartown in 1951 is one of 154 items in an auction to be held at The Shay Halifax on Saturday (January 2nd) and organised by the Rugby League Collectors Federation. The auction starts at 12.30 and follows a programme fair that starts at 10.30.
On show will be a large collection of programmes, books, novels, magazines, badges, photographs, DVDs and other items of interest to many rugby league fans.
Admission is free and everybody is welcome to attend what is always a very sociable event.
