Mick,
Its just an informal chat, il give a few topics for you all to discuss such as your opinions on our current marketing and then you will all discuss what you think then we will move on to a different topic etc. I would ideally like to do three or so sessions but I will see how the first one goes and how much information I get. Everybody who takes part will be anonymous as it is for my dissertation so whatever you say at the meeting will not be linked to you, you will only be known as participant A, B, C etc. Hope that helps a bit,

Hannah, I can get there this thursday no probs. I work a rolling shift pattern y'see, which means that some days I wouldn't be able to get there. But if it's just an informal jobby, that's fine.
