Does anyone know where I can get a hat this cougar fan had on Sunday?

Its was a hat with a fan attached to it and it worked off a small solor panel on the top, anyone see it? Does it work and keep your head cool?

I think Guess who and Loyal fan would look good in one.

It was me with the hat.

Bought it last Summer in Fuengirola, Spain.
