I'm going to take great pleasure in answering this one.Get proper BUPA in place for the players - All players are insured by the club as we are obligated to do so by the RFL Operational Rules and all players have there own personal insurance policies.
Get the toilets back in use - The toilets will be back in use, unfortunately there's nothing we can do about a pipe bursting two hours before a game.
Get more car parking organised - We are constantly in talks with various businesses down Royd Ings over use of the car parks and estates.
Get the PA system fixed - The speakers in the Hollindrake Stand are broke, we know this and it wasn't helped by the vandalism to the press box.
Get the nets back up at the petrol station end - The nets are ready to go but we're awaiting permission to put them up from the authorities.
Get the video gantry re painted - The gantry is set to come down upon the beginning of the widening of the bypass and it's doing its job just fine for the time being.
Get new scoreboard installed - The deposit has been paid and the scoreboard won't be up for the Barrow game but should be completely installed soon.
Get a new stand roof installed to stop the rain - Got a few grand going spare?
Get the proper equipment for the grounds man so the pitch is closer to a bowling green than a cow field - First Team, Reserve Team, Development Squad. Games and Training. I think Daz does a superb job given he has to fit it in around going out in the schools for the Foundation as well as the lads training and playing.
Re-open the boxed off seats in the stand - They're boxed off for a reason. Season Ticket Holders, Sponsors etc.
Get Sky sports running in the bars - The satellite has been repaired and the TV Licence should be back up and running shortly.
Get a less green kit ordered - The RFL would never let us change the kit mid-season even if we wanted too. You'd be surprised how well the kits are actually selling.
Add a couple of top class players to the squad. Start with Luke Ambler. - These players cost money, refer to my stand roof reply.
Do some pre match entertainment - We have the Cheerleaders and are getting more local juniors to play each week. We've got three games in one on Family Fun Day. This isn't Cougarmania, that era of Rugby League is dead and buried.
Get more catering outlets invited in - We have Freddie's Bar and Grill behind the Main Stand, the biggest problem we face is the fact that we have a retail park next to the ground with a McDonalds, KFC and Greggs.
Get schools rugby going - The Foundation is forever in schools, you must just be ignorant to the fact.
Start proper marketing - I try my hardest, but when your local paper are more interested in City and Bulls and the KN is moving more towards Silsden FC, I'm fighting a losing battle and the battle is one I won't give up on.
Offer ownership of club to anybody else who can do a better job - Pipe Down. It's third division semi-professional Rugby League, anyone who takes a club on at this level (Bar Toronto) does it for the sheer love of the club and the game.
