Am I right in saying that LSV not owned by the club and is a council house?
If so it sets a extremely dangerous precident.
If a club can get a bigger cap because it got a brand spanking new state of the art facility paid for by the tax payer it gives them an unfair advantage.
Those 2@s at Br*dford Met are never going to build us a new ground in a million years because they're more concerned with giving Chav Catalogue Stadium it's decadely refurb.
It should be a fixed cap regardless of facilities otherwise the gap between the haves and the haven'ts will become huge.
Correct , It is a council ' facility ' , nothing more
You are however getting the wrong end of the stick here
When we were in Championship 1 [ yesterday ] we were asking the RFL for a Salary cap excemption because we had already spent more than the Championship 1 SC before we knew we were relegated
Now however , because we are now a Championship club we are and will remain within the relevant Salary cap
The bit about us not having to spend anything on the stadium was part of our argument yesterday
I look forward to my visit to Cougar park [ especially as the terrace drinking rules have been relaxed ] as i have always enjoyed going there
