We should have won this we were 10-0 down after 20 mins when their prop was sent off for punching Shickell.

Errors and poor defence cost us badly.

George Raynor taken off on a spinal board and looked in a bad way after he got kneed fielding a grubber kick.

Cedric Gay touched down twice for the hosts while Clement Bienes, Rory Bromley, Sebastien Planas and Kevin Larroyer also crossed and Nathan Wynn added five goals.

The Cougars tries came from Danny Jones, Oliver Pursglove, Gavin Duffy, Chris Baines and James Feather.

Echo that.I did wander at 26-4 down,however we mustve showed character to reduce the deficit,very pleasing that our away travellers had something to cheer about,the players owed them that and at least responded.

Toulouse tired really badly in the last quarter it has to be said. Real credit has to go to the players for not giving up and getting that bonus point.

And on a lighter note, Jeronimo beat 2 frogs to win the half time goal kicking contest.
