Keighley having reached the ladies Challenge Cup Final last season at Featherstone have started the 2010 Summer League season with two wins away from home over Leeds Akkies and Stanningley. Come down and watch for free as they aim to make it three wins in a row this Saturday (19th June) at Marley. 2.30 PM kick off. was all ready to come on off the bench for the last 10 min and he blew up early ...not impressed

Good win for the Cats though 38-4, they are through to the Conference play offs as far as I'm aware

Is it true that one of the Keighley Cats players were sent off for saying kn@b head? If so can you advise if she got sending off sufficent? Thanks

No, she was sent off for the last 30 minutes and then given a 2 match ban.

The reason she called the ref the name was because a 16 year old Cats player had a head injury and the Ref refused to stop the game and the RFL backed the Ref despite a video showing the circumstances.

Two match ban is ridiculous when players get a lot less for more serious offences. Did she attend the hearing/appeal in person.
