Don't have a problem with getting beat by
a team performance like that - outstanding
for the full 80 from 1 to 17.

Do have a problem with the fact the we
are already missing our best player next week
thanks to the jokers at the RFL, but then to pick
up the Danny Ratcliffe injury in that way is not on,
Williams should get hammered for that.

Is there a law that states you cannot follow a team from the lower leagues on a sunday, as Rhinos play on Fridays ? Like I said before keighley played very well yesterday and York didnt FACT. How can you come up with the conclusion that another meeting in the final would be easy after the previous 2 games were within 2 points, winning one each. getting a little carried away i think.....
Considering York came up with their worst performance for the biggest game, it was not exactly a cricket score was it ?
Your performance today was head and shoulders above the ones against Workington, London and Hunslet, so your problem has been consistency in recent weeks. Enjoy your win, its not this one thats the important one its the next game, and whether its York or Oldham, deep down you know it wont be an easy game, and I am sure the players and coaching staff know that.

I have only been wrong once and thats because I thought I was wrong but I was wrong I was right!

Petty authoritarians aren’t man enough to challenge the actions of a person face to face; instead they incite a forum of rumour, innuendo and half truths, and impose rude sanctions to discourage those who dare question fairness.

Fine performance from the boys today.

Both sides seemed to feel each other out in the first 10 and were about even for 30 mins. After that we just let rip and there was only one side in it.

Most pleasing aspect was the variety of play - chip over, little kick through, spinning the ball wide, bringing forwards on at speed. However, we will need another performance like that to win the final.

Not sure why York are complaining about the ref, they should be more concerned that there side appeared to give in.

As for the Daley Williams incident, the York player threw the fist punch and williams retaliated - he did not "attack him from behind" as some York fans want to believe. There is even a york fan suggesting that a prison sentence is called for! No one likes to see players hurt, but if the York players punch had injured Williams I wonder if they would all be screaming like they are. They even think the RFL have a conspiracy against them and that the March twins were angels

well I was stood right outside the bar and saw it, the fact is Ratcliffe did push Williams in the chest, and he retaliated with a push and also then as ratcliffe just turned to walk away, he threw a cheap shot.
it was watched on the match DVD later by officials of the club and i think that you will find that action will be taken by the RFL. Their outcome will tell the story of what took place and if like you say it was not a cheap shot he will get off, if he gets a long ban that will also tell the story of what happened.

Dreamer,

Please see reply on other post, i can only suggest that you get your facts right before slinging accusations, I can honestly tell you that the incident was initiated by Williams and Ratcliffe didn't throw a punch he retaliaied by pushing Williams in the chest, Williams then punched Ratcliffe to the head and then punch him again as he went to his knees, and that is straight from the video, and although you may not choose to believe me but I have no reason to tell you any different, as they say the camera doesn't lie.
