It was hardly a secret, when its already in the press.

Maybe you need to send a email to the club, telling them to stop sending stories to the press.

I think what he was getting at was he'd read the story in League Express saying we'd signed someone who was not named.

He then whilst forwarding this story here he got a call from a source at the club saying who it was.

Out of respect for the people at the club Helen, Barry etc he did not divulge this in to the public domain until the club had made an official statement.
