Looked at flights last night and we can get flights from Bristol - Toulouse, Toulouse - Bristol, flying out Friday and back on Sunday with easyjet, for less than £91 for two people, which seems pretty cheap. Of no use to anyone else I realise that, hope you can all get it sorted be it train or plane.

If you can bothered to get to Southampton I think it's even cheaper. But again, I'm going off last season.

Anyone seriously think it would be a good idea to get a coach sorted? Probably about 24 hours on the coach or something, but surely it would be a good laugh with the help of alcohol all the way?

I think a train trip sounds like a laugh, making it a two-night away trip (saturday/sunday nights). SC, I presume that rough price you quoted was a return?

This would drop to around £60 if you left on Thursday as Eurostar is cheaper.



Other thing to bear in mind is you wouldn't have to travel as light as on a low cost airline who'll charge a tenner a pop just to check a bag on not to mention all the other charges they sneak in.

I take it it's a flight from E.Midlands to Carcassonne, a train to Toulouse, and back the same way?

Do they go at an appropriate time of year, as everything else seems to start just after our game.

I went this year to watch Fax over there from East Midlands - Carcassone (Even though am die hard Cougar LOL).



So went on Ryan air website and all things are same as last year when went you fly on the friday morning returning on the monday morning, then you get a 5 min bus ride to carcassone train station then 30min train ride to Toulouse.



I Stayed in IBIS and will do when we go next year, it is close to the Irish bars and centre.



It is awesome weekend.

If anybody wants to go halves on petrol and Parking I have two seats in the car.

I got quoted £63.00 each flying from Manchester on the Wednesday. The other half will be cutting it fine as he is paying off his tanker on the 14/15th in Hong Kong. It will be a case of getting off one plane and getting on another, things we do to watch Cougars. He always says he needs a holiday after working away.
