I think you can still park on the shopfront if you are early enough but I'd save a fiver and park on either the college carpark on Caldwell Road (5 - 10 mins walk) which is down past the ground and left at The Cricketers pub and then 2nd or 3rd right at the shop/chippy or street parking around the ground.
