There is upheaval.
I know of people ringing up to order a season ticket and shirt.
They asked questions about the sizing of the shirt. They were told they would be phoned back within 10 mins. The person is still waiting.
The same person phoned trying to find out about squad builder. They wanted to put money into the club.
Two weeks later they are still waiting for a call back.
Things like this can be happening. Company's don't run for long when they run like this.
If things like this are happening now, what else is not getting done?
